Ideal for couples or golfers. This is a brand new apartment, furnished to a high standard. Alcores is built on a hillside with panoramic sea views. It is very quiet, with bars, restaurants, shopping, beaches close by. There are a number of 18 hole golf courses in this area of the Costa del Sol. Miraflores, Cabopino,Santa Clara, La Cala Golf course just to name a few. Calahonda is central to most areas: Marbella, Puerto Banus, Cabopino, Cala de Mijas are all just short drives. Gibraltar is a quick 45 minute drive. Cabopino and Cala de Mijas beach are approximately a 5 minute drive.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of a refund upon inspection from property manager may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
