The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required.

Payment is due upon arrival, to be paid in Euros, and paid in cash.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of a refund upon inspection from property manager may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
