The bedroom comfortably accommodates within it a king-sized bed, a console area, bay window seating deck, a large closet, a shoe cupboard and an entertainment centre with satellite TV and a DVD player, while still having vast space for kids to play a board game on the cool terracotta tiled floor.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union
- No additional service charge.
- 15% discount for senior citizens ( 65years +).
- Long term stay rates quoted on request.
- Advance Deposit: 3 day deposit or 50% for 8 or more nights on booking; balance payable before arrival. For reservations less than 3 days, full payment is required on booking as deposit.
- Cancellations at least 30 days prior to check-in date do not attract a charge. Cancellations less than 30 days will result in two day’s tariff as Cancellation Charge OR one day’s tariff as Change Fee if no refund is involved(subject to availability).
-Payments are accepted through Western Union transfer, or direct deposit to our bank account within India, and through bank transfers internationally; detailed bank transfer/payment instructions are provided alongwith reservation code while accepting bookings.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
