30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 60.00 per WEEKLY cleaning. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
