Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) If you cancel anytime, payments (less 5%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Maid Service is provided every 14 days during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
