Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100.00/pet will apply. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
