    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 1 years old.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $125. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of $100 may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
