    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
    Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
    Wire Transfer to HSBC Bank Account one month prior to arrival for rental period. Damage Deposit one week prior to arrival. Damage Deposit refunded in full on day of departure.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 6:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Negotiable may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
