Situated approximately 300 meters above sea level, the views from the lawn that borders the enticing swimming pool down to the coast are truly breathtaking - see for yourself!
This 'Casa' is the largest of the houses and ideal for families or groups of friends. It has three bedrooms with private bathrooms, all on the upper floor, and each with twin beds. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-dining room and a spacious lounge both of which ooze plenty of traditional charm thanks to their natural stone walls.
The Quinta may not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties (the path from the nearest road access and parking area is rather steep), but those who actively enjoy walking will find plenty of rewarding terrain in the immediate vicinity. The nearest simple eatery for lunch and dinner is just over 5 minutes away, whilst for a wider choice of restaurants you can visit the coastal villages of Paul do Mar & Jardim do Mar or the inland village of Prazeres, all of which are just 10 minutes away by car.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are a couple of restaurants and general shops at Paúl do Mar.
• Ocean is located within a 10 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: Very close to a couple of Madeira walking paths called "Levadas". Great location for those wanting to do some sight seeing.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
