Gift shops, fishing, whale watching trips, fast food, and excellent dining are a short walk away.
Golf Courses
Many golf courses within a short driving distance, from municipal courses to the finest one at 4 Seasons Aviara.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is a beach front property. A fine sand beach, gradual for a long distance is a 0 minute walk from the property. The complex is on the beach, an elevator ride and 30 steps to the sand. Ocean water is 50's in the winter. Low 70's in the summer. We rent boogie, skim, and surfboards at reasonable rates.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Cancellation 60 days (or more) prior to arrival all payments are refunded.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation after 60 days subject to a 25% cancellation fee if re-rented
Payment Methods:
Amex, Cash, Direct Bank Deposit, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. , Visa
Deposits
Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is due on arrival.

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 7:00 AM

Smoking is not allowed (inside or outside).

One-time fee of 90.00 (USD) for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
