This charming villa is set on a hillside with views over the valley and to the distant Mediterranean, amidst terraced gardens, with exotic plants. Within the grounds of the owner s house, although totally independent from it, L'Isle en Terre has its own access drive. It also has exclusive use of the lovely pool, which has an interior "plage" for cool sunbathing. A modern chalet-style villa, it has a picture windows on two sides to take full advantage of the view and is furnished to a high standard with delightful Provençal fittings. L Isle en Terre is just a short walk to the "perched" village of Callian which has ancient narrow alleyways, a medieval château and a square with shady plane trees, pavement cafés and a natural waterfall. The Lac de St. Cassien, for boating, windsurfing and pedalo hire is just a few minutes drive and the famous resorts of Grasse, Cannes, Nice and St. Tropez are all within easy reach. Parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
