Large, sunny country villa set inside a property of 7 hectares and situated on the side of hill covered in vineyards. Peaceful position. Panoramic views of the Roman countryside. A cook and cleaning staff are available on request. Car park and garage. DISTANCES: 4 km Calvi and Magliano (all kinds of shops), 15 km Narni, 35 km f waterfalls of Marmore, 70 km Rome (which can easily be reached by train in 40 minutes from the Borghetto station 7 km away ), 80 km Assisi and Perugia.
ACCOMMODATION: (300 m2) Gr. fl.: large living room (piano) with fireplace and large windows, on a slightly higher level is a second living/dining room with fireplace/barbecue and lounge with double sofa bed, modern island kitchen (freezer, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher), 1 fitness room with double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 3 double bedrooms 1 of which with bathroom with bath, 1 double bedroom (king size bed) with fireplace, access onto a panoramic terrace and bathroom with jacuzzi bath, 1 bathroom with shower. Covered equipped terrace and a second one that gets sun in front of the living room. Central heating under the floor and solar panels for hot water. Comfortable furniture. Microwave. Air conditioning.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
