Equipped outdoor area (80 m2) with barbecue. Parking space 90 m away; the last 90 m are not accessible by car. DISTANCES: 2.5 km from Camaiore (all kinds of shops), 13 km the beaches of Versilia, 33 km Pisa (airport).
ACCOMMODATION: 1st fl.: large living/dining room with fireplace and small terrace (1x3 m), kitchen/small dining room (oven) with small covered terrace (1x4 m) from where you enter a very small bathroom with shower. 2nd fl.: 2 double bedrooms one of which is big, 1 small single bedroom that is also a passageway, 1 bathroom with bath and shower. Simple-style, but complete furnishings.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
