Characteristic two-storey country house with small wooden outbuilidng in the woody hills (70 m a.s.l.) of Camaiore. Beautiful view of the hills. Peaceful position. The house is surrounded by a large property of 400 m2 and is entirely fenced in and characterised in part by an equipped garden (barbecue) and in part by a natural lawn.
Three mountain bikes are available for the guests. It is possible to go for walks in the paths in the area. Access along 50 m of unpaved road in good condition. Covered parking for two cars.
DISTANCES: 2 km Camaiore (all kinds of shops), 11 km Lido di Camaiore (both public beach and private equipped beach).
ACCOMMODATION: (70 m2) Gr. fl.: kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher)/dining/living room in a veranda closed by windows with access to the garden, 1 twin bedded room with access to the garden, 1 bathroom with shower.
Basement floor: 1 double bedroom (TV) with fireplace.
A few meters away is a small outbuilding (20 m2): Gr. fl.: spacious double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Comfortable country style furnishings. Refreshments and snacks on arrival.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
