Accommodation (120 m2) obtained from the renovation of an ancient 18th century olive-press that is part of an ancient villa in the hills that dominate over the Versilia. Beautiful viewsof the hills, the Apuane Alps and a glimpse of the sea. The accommodation is characterised by the ancient materials which were used in its restoration, wooden ceiling beams, terracotta-tiled floors, stone walls. Special attention has been paid to every detail with lighting games that highlight its unique atomsphere. Small fenced-in and natural lawn area equipped with garden furniture (barbecue), a partially above-the-ground swimming pool (8x4) (1/5-31/10) approx. 30 m from the house (sun shower), pergola equipped for outdoor dining. Near the house there is a secondary street (dead end) which is of exclusive use of the neighbors. Parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
