Restored house (130 m2) in a tiny group of houses in the hills overlooking the village of Camaiore. Panoramic views over the countryside, the village and as far as the sea. Peaceful position. Partly paved outdoor area (table, 6 chairs). Parking 50 m away. Access to the house along a footpath. The house is semi-detached. DISTANCES: 2 km Camaiore (various shops), 11 km the beaches at Lido di Camaiore, 26 km Lucca.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living room (TV), dining room, kitchen/dining room with fireplace. 1st. fl.: 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath and shower. Covered, panoramic, equipped terrace on the upper gr. fl. (accessed only externally). Simple furniture. Baby-beds available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
