The wing of a renovated farmhouse (150 m2), situated on a hillside only 3 km from Camaiore . Beautiful view of the surrounding hills and the countryside, peaceful position. The house is surrounded by terraced and fenced-in grounds, with a natural lawn with trees (pergola, portico with barbecue and fireplace, garden furniture). Just below the house is the swimming pool (5x10) and, with access from outside, laundry facilities (washing machine) and a bathroom with shower. One side of the house is attached to another. Parking. DISTANCES: 3 km Camaiore (all kinds of shops), 4 km horse riding, 5 km tennis, 10 km the beaches of Lido di Camaiore, 28 km the city of Lucca with its 17th century city walls and 90 km Florence

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
