Apartment in a two-family villa in a residential hillside area. Pretty, broad views of the lake of Massaciuccoli, the sea in the background and the tower of Pisa in the distance. The house is located along a secondary road. A small garden with furnishings (table and chairs) is at the guests' disposal. On request possibility of midweekly linen change and midweekly cleaning, to be paid for on the spot. Snacks and refreshments on arrival. Parking. DISTANCES: 0.5 km Bargecchia (grocery shops), 8 km Viareggio, 9 km the beaches, 18 km golf course, 22 km Lucca and Pisa, 80 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: (100 m2) Gr. fl.: veranda, dining room (TV), kitchen with fireplace (oven, freezer) and access to a panoramic terrace, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Simple furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
