Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, likely refunded. Discuss w Owner within 24 hr grace period.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided every 2 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
