ACCOMMODATION: (100 m2) Gr. fl.: Living/dining room with fireplace and access onto an equipped lawn. By going up 3 steps: kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 1 twin bedded room with arm-chair bed and access onto a spacious terrace (30 m2).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
