ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl. Mezzanine: living/dining room with fireplace, arm-chair bed and leading onto a panoramic loggia (20 m2), kitchenette (oven, freezer), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Entrance through a loggia (oven, washing machine). Simple style furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
