Restored farmhouse (110 m2), situated on a hill of the Maremma region with panoramic view of the countryside of the Ombroned river valley. Particularly peaceful position. The house is part of an estate (approx. 9 ha) with equipped grassy areas and table tennis. Swimming pool (7x14) (1/6-30/9) shared with the guests of another apartment and the owner who occasionally occupies a small hayloft approx. 200 m away. Covered parking. DISTANCES: Abt. 2 km from the small village of Campagnatico (various shops), 15 km Roselle (Etruscan ruins), 20 km north-east of Grosseto, 45 km from the sea (Marina di Grosseto, Castiglione della Pescaia), with public beaches and beaches where you can hire deck-chairs and from the famous Uccellina nature park with its beautiful uncontaminated shores.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr.fl.: sitting room with fireplace, kitchen/dining room (oven) with barbecue. 1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room through which you access one of the double bedrooms, 1 bathroom (hip bath). Simple-style furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available. Air conditioning.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
