Four apartments, one of which is inhabited by the owner, in a farmhouse set inside a small farm in the area which produces the D.O.C. wines, Morellino di Scansano and Monteccucco, stiuated just 1 km from the 19th century Sticcianese farm estate. Very peaceful and panoramic position. Shared: spacious equipped outdoor area with swimming pool (6x12) (1/6-30/9), equipped sun-trap terrace and barbecue. Possibility of a cook. Comfortable rustic-style furniture. Access to the house along 200 m of dirt track road. Parking. Baby-bed availableCentral heating.
ACCOMMODATION: (65 m2) 1st fl.: living/dining room (TV) with kitchen corner (oven, freezer) and double divan bed, 1 double bedroom with an extra 3rd bed, 1 bathroom with shower.
LOCATION: 2 km from the small hamlet of Arcille (grocery shop), 13 km Grosseto (all kinds of shops, horse riding), 18 km the medieval hamlet of Campagnatico, 22 km Scansano, 25 km the Natural Park of the Maremma, 50 km the thermal baths of Saturnia, 70 km Siena.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
