1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Solid dark wood suite including headboard, footboard, two night-tables and large dresser with mirror. Large closet, wall-to-wall carpeting, one window with view of the ocean. Choice of feather or poly-fill pillows with down duvets in the fall and winter. There is a cable outlet in this room and access to a 13" TV and DVD from third bedroom.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Solid oak and maple furniture including headboard, 6-drawer dresser and two night-tables. Large closet, wall-to-wall carpeting, one window with view of the ocean. Choice of feather or poly-fill pillows with down duvets in the fall and winter.
1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). This room functions as a den and/or bedroom. Includes fold-down futon-bed with optional foamy for comfort, small desk with TV and DVD and one night table. One window with interior view.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Living room and dining room boast 180 degree view of Discovery Passage and Quadra Island. Two bedrooms also have fine views of the water.
There is a small private balcony overlooking the water.
• Fifteen minutes to Campbell River Airport. Forty minutes to Comox Airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Several golf courses in the area; nearest one approximately five minutes by car.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Mount Washington is approximately 40 minutes away and hosts magnificent skiing from December to April.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Less than a five minute drive to downtown Campbell River.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Condo is across the road from a narrow oceanfront park. The beach directly in front of your condo is coarse sand and rocks with large tidal pools for many hours of marine-life explorations. Two world-class beaches with fine sand as described above are within twenty minutes of Campbell River.
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

Personal cheques accepted for deposit/security only and require ten days to clear before booking can be confirmed.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
