    • The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
    • Nearby Attractions: There are many attractions in the Cancun area. At our condo we have tennis, on site spa, workout facility, and miniature golf, kid's play area, and pool side snack bar coming soon. Cancun has bartering, water park, swimming with the dolphins, snorkeling, scuba diving, ferry rides to nearby islands, eco-tourism, tours, small nightly cruises, historic pyramids, golf, and much more.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
