• Cancun International Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive. Taking a taxi is the best way to arrive at your vacation destination. It is $25 dollars each way for as many people you can fit in the car. We are also willing to set up our shuttle service for you.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 5 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). There are restaurants and shopping all around our condo. You can walk, ride the bus, or take a taxi to our favorite locations located in our concierge book.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: There are many attractions in the Cancun area. At our condo we have tennis, on site spa, workout facility, and miniature golf, kid's play area, and pool side snack bar coming soon. Cancun has bartering, water park, swimming with the dolphins, snorkeling, scuba diving, ferry rides to nearby islands, eco-tourism, tours, small nightly cruises, historic pyramids, golf, and much more.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 700 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
There is a 3.5% transaction fee for any credit card except American Express which is 4.5%.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 35.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
