I think I don’t have to describe a whole lot, just this, if you want to stay away from the tourists and stay in a nice and quiet residential area instead of the big hotels, the Villa is the place to stay. It is the first house I bought in Mexico after I moved to Cancun from Germany. The architect made more than 40 changes to the original design and gave it a Mayan Mexican touch. The location is great as well, 3 miles from the hotel zone, 2 blocks from The Gran Plaza shopping Mall and Wal-Mart, 1 block from Bodega Gigante, another shopping center, 400 ft from the bus stop to the hotel zone and 300 ft from a 24 hr mini supermarket. 50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 6 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15 USD.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
