Our 11th floor Cancun condo rental offers the very best in Cancun travel and is oceanfront and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Cancun rental condo also has 2 balconies, one oceanfront and another in the rear off the master bedroom with breathtaking views of the entire Cancun Hotel Zone, the city of Cancun, and Nachupte Lagoon (Inter-coastal). Additionally there is a Private Outdoor Jacuzzi on the huge (230 sq ft) oceanfront terrace.

It is within walking distance of the numerous restaurants, shopping centers, nightclubs and bars. Public buses connect the Hotel Zone to downtown and run the length of the hotel zone. They run 24/7 and come every few minutes and cost only about 60 cents US. Once downtown, most tourist attractions are easily accessible by walking. Downtown offers major US big box stores like Wal-Mart, Sams Club and Costco.
The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The Cancun rental condo also has 2 balconies, one oceanfront and another in the rear off the master bedroom with breathtaking views of the entire Cancun Hotel Zone, the city of Cancun, and Nachupte Lagoon (Inter-coastal). Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Western Union
Notice of cancellation MUST be submitted in writing. In the event that you cancel your booking for any reason whatsoever, the following charges will apply: (* Must add 30 days to each period for holiday weeks only)* 60 days plus of start date full refund, 46-60 days Deposit only, * 31-45 days of start date 50% of full rental cost, * Within 30 days of start date 100% of rental cost. Credit cards payment must add 2% to total price to cover credit card processing fees. Reservations will not be made or your booking held for you until the $500 security deposit is received. Occupancy must not exceed 8 total people ( Limited to 6 Adults over age 18)

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30.00.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Pool heat is included in rates.
