Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques
A 3% fee applies to all credit card and PayPal payments.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $35.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
