The rental condo also has 2 balconies; one oceanfront with access from the great room and 2 ocean front master suites and another in the rear off the other 2 guest suites. Additionally there is a private outdoor jacuzzi on the huge (500 sq ft) oceanfront terrace. Maximum unit capacity of 12 total guests (Limited to 10 people over age 12). • Transit: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Public buses connect the Hotel Zone to downtown and run the length of the Hotel Zone. They run 24/7 and come every few minutes and cost only about 60 cents US. Once downtown, most tourist attractions are easily accessible by walking.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). It is within walking distance of the numerous restaurants, shopping centers, nightclubs and bars. Downtown offers major US big box stores like Wal-Mart, Sams Club and Costco.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Western Union
Notice of cancellation MUST be submitted in writing. In the event that you cancel your booking for any reason whatsoever, the following charges will apply: *Must add 30 days to each period for holiday weeks only*, 60 days plus prior to start date full refund, 46-60 days Deposit only, 31-45 prior to start date 50% of full rental cost, within 30 prior to start date 100% of rental cost. Reservations will not be made or your booking held for you until the $750 security deposit is received. Christmas and New Years require 25% of rental monies as a deposit, plus the security deposit and full payment for these weeks are due 90 days prior to arrival vs 60 days.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 35.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
