• Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus. Mani vans and taxis stop just behind the building. From there, you can go in 10 minutes to the central bus station.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Several (delicious) seafood restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Some more by bus in 10 to 20 minutes. Convenient stores is 5 minutes walk. Supermarkets by bus, 15 minutes, or 10 minutes driving.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. The dock is private. There is room for 2 boats. The apartment is beachfront, at the end of a small garden with swimming pool, the water very calm
• Nearby Attractions: many attractions in Cancun and around: ruins (Chichen Itza, Tulum, coba etc...), diving, sailing, snorkeling. you can book a tour or rent a car.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
To book the apartment, you have to send a wire transfer for 50% of the rent (or first month), plus fees. The balance of rent has to be paid 7 days before your arrival date, deposited on PayPal or wire transfer. The security deposit will be given in cash upon arrival in USD.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 18 years old.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
