50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $20.00US.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
