Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, payments (less 150) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Diners Club - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
25% at time of booking, refundable for short term 25% due in 30 days for a lock 50% due half the days before booking. Damage Deposit is just a "Credit Card Authorization."

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
