• BENITO JUAREZ Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Just outside the complex there is a bus stop, this service is available 24-hours, in addition there is the cab service which one can flag down as one walks out of the complex. We are located on km. 9.5 on the hotel strip which makes our location a priviledged one as we are only walking distance to restaurants, shopping malls, nightclubs, convenience stores and public and private transportation services.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). Porto Fino is located in the heart of the hotel strip, we have great dining, nightclubs, shopping malls, etc. at walking distance from the condo.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. All beaches in Mexico are public but what is private are the palapas we have on the beach, these are of the exclusive use of the Porto Fino residents.
• Nearby Attractions: There is a lot to see and explore nearby like one of the new eight wonders of the world Chichen-Itza this Mayan site located north of Cancun, Tulum, Xel-Ha known as the natural aquarium, experience swimming with the dolphins, visit Xcaret one of the most beautiful ecological parks in Mexico and a lot more.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Western Union
For credit card payment a form needs to be filled out, signed and returned along with a copy of an identification containing photograph and signature of the card holder signing the form. These documents can be scanned and emailed.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 35.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
