The downstairs screened in terrace is surrounded by bougainvilleas, two fruit tree and a very tall palm tree. The downstairs guest room has a view of the back yard.
From the upstairs master bedroom, you view the front of the home and from your back yard's screened-in terrace you enjoy the breeze and flower bed. There is more outdoor terrace for you to enjoy on this second floor.
A cozy breakfast room with view to the front entrance. There are ceiling-fans throughout the home. Unit is in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood close to Downtown, and a nightwatchman oversees the home for added security.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Pok-ta-Pok is the nearest Golf course on the hotel strip. Club de Golf Hilton is another 20 min. away on the hotel strip.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to the downtown area takes 5 minutes. Only 4 doors down from the bus stop (buses to the hotel strip), a convenience store, laundro-mat, and less than 10 min. walk to a large grocery store, restaurants, banks, rental car agency, hotels, two language schools, bakery store, doctors, dentist, pharmacies and artesian markets are all within walking distance.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Balance payable upon arrival along with the Security Deposit (CASH only).
Security Deposit is sometimes held until the Telephone Bill has arrived to collect for any long distant calls.
