    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A short walk to a convenience store and about 10 min. to a large grocery store. A bakery shop, restaurants, banks, rental car agency, internet cafe, doctors, dentists and pharmacies and artesian markets are all within walking distance.
    • 5 min. taxi drive to the nearest beach. The nearest beach is only 5 min. away via taxi. Bus stop to the hotel strip is almost at your door step.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal
    Balance payable upon arrival along with the Security Deposit (CASH only). Security Deposit is sometimes held until the Telephone Bill has arrived to collect for any long distant calls.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
