Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal
Balance payable upon arrival along with the Security Deposit (CASH only). Security Deposit is sometimes held until the Telephone Bill has arrived to collect for any long distant calls.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
