I live in Canada, BC, and enjoy wintering in Sunny Cancun. I am a Recreational Real Estate Consultant, and I believe that this is one of the finest Condos in Cancun. When I first toured this development I was awe-struck with the vision and scope of Puerto Cancun - the City within the City. The unit has amazing views of the Golf Course, Ocean and the City. The quality of the construction is unmatched. Did I mention a great location in Puerto Cancun? This unit has it all. These elegant 1800 sq. ft. two bedroom, two and 1/2 bath apartments are brand new and beautifully decorated and feature a spectacular view of the Caribbean Ocean, a Tom Weiskopp golf course, inland marina and the City of Cancun. The views are simply spectacular. We are renting below current market value because some amenities are currently being completed (golf course, beach, marina, etc.).

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
