Lovely appointed, comfortable corner unit, double size of other 1 bedroom condos. Our apartment features two separate rooms with remote control air conditioning, large 16-ft double glassed-in terrace with a hammock and a futon sofa.
Each room sleeps up to 4 guests, if you are willing to share space for a good value.
Completely equipped kitchen with full sized 4-burner stove with an oven, US-sized fridge, blender, coffee maker, toaster, plates, pots and pans and all utensils you might need.

Pools with a view - windows to heaven!! At the poolside: trade this view for your office desk. The marvelous beach invites for play, walk or rest! Roam in the pools (one for kids) or the ocean. Comfortable double beds (sleep 4) for a good night rest! Sofas for friends and kids: Each for 2 guests.

    • Cooking utensils, dish towels, ice cubes trays, place settings for up to eight people and a beautiful drinking water dispenser are provided. The kitchen has all you need to fix a simple or a gourmet fare. Local and international ingredients are readily available in abundant supermarkets and are very affordable.

    Living Room
    2 Double Pull Outs (sleeps 4). The living room sofas pull out to accommodate 2 adults on single-sized cots and 2 children can sleep on the sofas. Total LR sofas accommodate 2A and 2 children or up to 4 children. The futon sofa for 2P is on the terrace and can be moved inside and be used if preferred.
    Master Bedroom
    2 Double Beds (sleeps 4). Master Bedroom has very comfortable orthopedic mattresses - great for a good night rest.

    Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

    The master bedroom is facing south-west over the tropical palm tree tops and offers a view of truly magnificent sunsets over the calm and vast Nichupta lagoon. The living room faces the east and the private courtyard and has a restricted view of the ocean (the terrific white sandy beach and the sparkling Turquoise Ocean are just a few steps away from the condo; around one 4-story building between the building and the ocean).

    Iron, Ironing Board. 16 foot glassed-in terrace with a hammock, screened doors, portable fan, dimmer lights, and cozy nook. Both rooms have ceiling fans and remote controlled A/C. Complex features private gated community, 24 hours security, 2 pools (one for children), beach and pool lounges, laundromat facilities, tennis court (private lessons available). OTHER: Wireless internet access available in complex/area. Guests can smoke on the terrace or in the garden - ashtrays are provided.

    • We are conveniently located only 30 minutes from the airport; 13km (8 miles); so you are on the beach fast. Absolutely no need to rent a car as the condo complex is located right on the bus line with an easy, excellent (24 hrs.) public transportation service to anywhere in town. Plenty of taxis too.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The beautiful Pok-Ta-Pok golf course, designed by Robert Trenton, is only 15-20 minutes by bus. Another golf course (the Hilton Hotel Golf Course, formerly Hotel Ceasar Park) is only about 10 minutes walk.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Our condo location offers you the best of both worlds - the quiet, beautiful beaches of the Hotel Zone and the ease of convenient, inexpensive transportation to shopping, exciting night life, and entertainment areas within minutes. There is a small convenience store on premises. Duty free shopping, world class dining and entertaining, flea markets, movies, bowling, romantic and entertainment dinner cruises, water sport marinas, sea aquarium... all are only minutes away on the bus from the apartment. There is also a wheeled shopping card for groceries. Cancun also has WalMart, Costco, and Sam's Clubs (and your membership cards are valid).
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. This private, gated oceanfront complex is directly on the spectacular Caribbean Sea side of the island and the terrific white sandy beach and turquoise ocean are just a few steps away from the condo. The pools overlook the ocean and lounges, shade palapas and a beach shower are provided. This beach is one of the most beautiful, pristine beaches in Cancún, located near Club Mediterranean, known for their ability to settle in prime locations around the world. Walk on the cool sand barefoot anytime without burning your feet and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the crystal-clear, sparkling turquoise ocean.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Diners Club - Email Money Transfer
    Please add the following percentage of total amount for the convenience to use a credit card and to cover the processing fees: 3.5% if you are US credit card or pay via PayPal; add 4.25% for PayPal if you are an International Credit Card users (this applies to Canadian customers as well). Credit card payments are accepted over the phone.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
