Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The walk to the ocean or nearest lake is less than 10 minutes.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
You may cancel 60 days before the arrival date without penalty. Cancellation 30-60 days before the arrival date, 50% of the rent will be refunded. Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the rent will be refunded only if the unit is rented. We will make every effort to re-rent the unit.
