Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal
We only require a Security Deposit ($500.00) when rented on long term basis.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed and children under the age of 2 years old stay free.
Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
