Our property "Villas Marlin has recently been completely renovated since hurricane Wilma including three new ocean front pool areas. Free wireless internet connections available in all five of our units.

Cancun's largest indoor mall "Plaza Kukulkan" is conveniently located just across the street from the entrance to the property.
There are two golf courses located right in the hotel zone which are only minutes away by car, bus or taxi.
If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
The payment balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel with more than 45 days prior to travel dates, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 USD service charge.

Children of all ages are allowed.
There is no specific quiet time policy though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking is allowed inside and outside.
Included in the rent. Maid service occurs every days during a stay.
Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee of 15.00 per day.
Pets are not allowed.
NOTE: Disabled persons traveling with a Service Animal have special rights.
