More Information

This property has been completely renovated in 2006-07 with 3 new pools, new grounds along with many unit interior improvements. I constantly update our unit so that my customers will feel at home. Our unit is a beautiful, large updated 4 bedroom two level (townhome design)unit. We are located in the best location in the Cancun hotel zone between the Ritz Carlton and Park Royale (formerly Sheraton). You can walk to many restaurants, shops and activities. Parasailing and jet ski's are available on the beach in front of the property. This is a wonderful unit for families or several couples to share and is very economical for the space and occupants it holds. Some condos advertise 6 persons in a 2 bedroom unit which is only 1/2 the size of our unit. Please watch out that you do not get 'cramped" for a "cheaper" rate. I take pride in helping all of my guests with travel suggestions, tours, restaurants and activities. I've tried most of it and can guide you. Give me a call. Aileen.

• Cancun Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive. To get to the condo from the Cancun airport, you just follow the hotel zone signs and it takes you down the zone to the condo property. It is on the beach directly behind from the Kuklucan Plaza mall.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Bus stop is very close to the complex. Rental cars are also available.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is shopping and restaurants within 5 to 10 minute walk from the condo. Buses also run 1/2 block from the condo to any where in the City.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach surface is fine sand. Caribbean Ocean right in front of our complex. Just a few steps to the beach which is directly in front of the 3 pools.
• Nearby Attractions: There are many tourist sites in the area, Xcaret!, Xel-Ha, Tulum, Chiche'n-itza, Hidden Worlds, Aktun Chen Caves, and many other clubs and water world. Sky diving, jet skis, diving places, Jungle jet ski tour; many many tours available there in Cancun.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Cancellation Policy: 91 or more days prior to the rental date forfeit $100. 61-90 days prior to the rental date forfeit 50% of deposit. 30-60 forfeit all the deposit.

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $50.00 per week.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 6 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
