The kitchen has everything you need. Also the maid is a great cook, if you tell her what you want she will even bring it for you and cook it, just give her a little money to get what ever food you want, she is wonderful. There is a water tank with purified water and there is a water truck that comes down the street about every other day, they sell the 5 gallon jugs for 20 pesos. "2 bucks."
1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). This room can be set up with 2 twin beds or one king size bed, whichever you prefer.
2 Single Lower Bunk Beds (sleeps 2) and 2 Single Upper Bunk Beds (sleeps 2). This room has 2 sets of bunk beds. The have very nice Spring Air Mattresses.
2 Single Cots (sleeps 2). I acctually have 4 pretty nice cots that can be put in the livingroom if needed.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
This Unit has a Awesome View of the Lagoon in the front The Ocean is in the back about 300 yards behind. The Golf Course is Between you and the Ocean.

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The bus stop is 1 block down the street. Bus cost about 60 cents and will take you anywhere in Cancun.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are many restaurants nearby, Puerto Madero "The nicest steak house in Cancun", Rolandas, Pericos, La Parilla, La placita. So Many... We are in the middle of the Hotel zone so everything is nearby.
• Beach is located within a 1 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The dock is private. There is room for 1 boats. Cancun is shaped like the number 7 with the short part of the 7 calm tranquil water, The long part of the 7 is big crashing waves. The Tranquil beach is a 1 or 2 minute walk, the big body surfing waves are a 3 minute bus ride. The beach is of beautiful fine white sand that never burns your feet even on the hottest day. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: We are right in the middle of the Hotel Zone so everything is nearby. Beach, golf, fishing, shopping, restaurants, Jungle tours, also one of the neighbors has a Deep sea Fishing Charter boat. 1 Block down the street is a ferry to take you to Isla Muheres an Island 7 miles from Cancun. Go to north beach its really nice also lots of nice shopping there. The ferry is 4 or 5 dollars.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
