Our property "Villas Marlin has recently been completely renovated since hurricane Wilma including three new ocean front pool areas. Cancun's largest indoor mall "Plaza Kukulkan" is conveniently located just across the street from the entrance to the property.
There are two golf courses located right in the hotel zone which are only minutes away by car, bus or taxi.
If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
The payment balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel with more than 45 days prior to travel dates, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 USD service charge.

There is no specific quiet time policy though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
