The villa is fully serviced, and staff are on hand throughout the day to prepare food for you and serve you drinks. If however you wish to prepare your own food there is a day kitchen in the main villa and there is also a full gas BBQ available on the terrace.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Occupying the whole of the upstairs floor, the master suite has complete privacy yet with floor-to-ceiling windows it also offers amazing views out across the ocean and over the beach and coconut palm plantation next to the villa.

All bedrooms and the living room have uninterrupted views out across the ocean to the coral reef and the islands of Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida in the distance. On a clear day it is possible to see all the way to Lombok.

• Denpasar - Bali Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. Denpasar International Airport is just over an hour away from the villa. The ferry terminal at Padang Bai for ferries from Lombok is less than 15 minutes from the villa .
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). There are 4 golf course(s) nearby. There are several excellent golf courses around the Sanur / Nusa Dua area of Bali which is between one and two hours from the villa.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The villa is fully serviced so food and drink are available at the villa at very reasonable prices. Alternatively it is a three minute walk through a coconut plantation to the couple of restaurants at Mendira Beach & the traditional Balinese village of Mendira. It is a 5 minute drive to the many shops and restaurants of Candi Dasa. The villa staff are also available to help get any item that you require.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The villa has its own private beach area, from which steps lead to a natural white sand private beach that is accessible only by Villa Talia Vashti and a neighbouring villa. Some snorkeling equipment is available at the villa for guest use.
• Nearby Attractions: The villa is in the best area for diving in Bali with many great sites close by, and there is great snorkeling out the front of the villa. There are several modern attractions close by including submarine trips; elephant rides; white water rafting. Finally examples of Bali's amazing culture and tradition are also close by including Besakih (the Balinese "Mother Temple") the water palace at Tirta Gangga.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Children are allowed and children under 3 years old stay free. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
