The U-shapped villa with a central pool (a removable fence is available for those who want extra safety for their small children) has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and an additional air-conditioned extended bedroom flanking the pool. All rooms are done up in colourfull Mediterranean colors, with mosquito nets, clothing alcoves and one en-suite bathroom with one shared bathroom. Greenbelt rice terraces are viewed from all angles.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

transfer charges are responsibility of the client

Policies

Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
