Ski/Board Out is a 45 minute drive to the ski resort parking lot.
The region transforms into a ski haven in winter: there are five downhill ski areas within a 45 minute drive of Canmore, and the Canmore Nordic Center (which hosted the 1988 Olympic Nordic events) is 5 minutes away, and offers world class cross-country skiing in winter (boasting 70 kms of groomed trails) and mountain biking in summer.
