Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Excellent location for accessing many local ski areas including Norquay, Sunshine, Lake Louise and Nakiska at Kananaskis. In addition the Nordic ski centre in Canmore just 5 minutes drive away provides world class cross skiing trails.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). A fantastic selection of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, boutiques and galleries are located throughout Downtown Canmore just a short 10 minute walk away. Banff is also just a 20 minute drive away with an extensive range of shops and restaurants from casual to fine dining.
Nearby Attractions: The surrounding area is known for some of the best hiking, mountain biking, and climbing in the world. The Yoho, Kootenay, Banff and Jasper National Parks and Kananaskis Country are all only a short scenic drive away. Five world-class golf courses are all nearby, including the Banff Springs, Stewart Creek, and Silvertip Resort. Many downhill ski resorts are within a 100-kilometre radius, including Lake Louise (a 50-minute drive), Sunshine Village, Nakiska, and Banff Mount Norquay (only a 15-minute drive away). The Canmore Nordic Centre, which hosted the 1988 Olympic Nordic events is only 5 minutes away, and offers 84 miles of groomed Nordic skiing trails in winter and mountain biking in summer. Other winter sports available in the area include: snowshoeing, outdoor skating, ice climbing, bobsledding, and dog sledding.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
Any reservation cancelled 60 days prior to check-in will result in forfeiture of $200.00 of the 25% deposit. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days prior to check-in will forfeit the entire 25% deposit or $350.00, whichever is greater. If the time period is subsequently rebooked, we will refund the 25% deposit less $150.00.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $99.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
