• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Excellent location for accessing many local ski areas including Norquay, Sunshine, Lake Louise and Nakiska at Kananaskis. In addition the Nordic ski centre in Canmore just 5 minutes drive away provides world class cross skiing trails.

A fantastic selection of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, boutiques and galleries are located throughout Downtown Canmore just a short 10 minute walk away. Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
Any reservation cancelled 60 days prior to check-in will result in forfeiture of $200.00 of the 25% deposit. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days prior to check-in will forfeit the entire 25% deposit or $350.00, whichever is greater. If the time period is subsequently rebooked, we will refund the 25% deposit less $150.00.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $99.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
