    Family Room
    1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. Cozy up to the riverstone fireplace on the nailhead-studded leather sofa, which converts into a queen sofabed. Featherbed topper is available to provide even more comfort to the premium mattress.
    Loft
    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Twin Bed (sleeps 1). The loft features a queen log canopy bed crafted from skip-peeled lodge pole pine and diamond willow limbs. A matching dresser and nightstand, plus a hand painted rawhide lamp provide the finishing touches. A twin mattress is stored beneath the massive log bed for extra sleeping capacity, if needed.
    Bedroom
    1 Queen Bed. The bedroom features a rustic mountain decor, with a queen bed custom-crafted from antique red dairy barn wood dating back over a century. The unique dresser is accented with antique hardware and slate quarried from the region. A portable playpen/crib is also available for your convenience.

    Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, hair dryer and one basin.
    Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub and one basin.

    Located at the penthouse level of the building, this Unit features 23-foot vaulted ceilings, and offers stunning mountain views from soaring 8-foot walls of glass! The rooftop hot-tub features panoramic 360 degree views that include Lawrence Grassi, Ha Ling and the Three Sister ranges.

    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). With 6 worldclass golf courses and 135 holes nearby, Canmore is a golf mecca. Three courses - Stewart Creek, Silvertip and Canmore Golf & Curling Club - are within a few minutes' drive. The Banff Springs Hotel course is just 15 mins away, while two Robert Trent Jones courses - Kananaskis Mt Lorette and Mt Kidd - are a half hour away.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 20 minute(s). The Canmore Nordic Center, just 5 mins away, offers 60 kms of world-class cross-country and biathlon trail systems while 5 downhill ski areas are within easy reach. Banff's Norquay, Sunshine and Nakiska are within a 20-30 min's drive. The scenic trip to Fortress and Lake Louise -45 mins- features breathtaking scenery and is highly recommended.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Located in the heart of Canmore, the loft is steps away from supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs and less than a 5 min walk to internet cafes, galleries, nightclubs and pubs.
    • There are many lakes in Canmore within a few mins drive including Spray Lakes and Grassi Lake, with its intense crystalline green color. Turquoise-colored alpine lakes are also plentiful, with the world famous Lake Louise a scenic 40 min drive away. A two block stroll takes you to a protected wetlands habitat with a creek. Drive ten minutes to the Quarry Lake beach or your choice of alpine lakes to canoe or fish.

    ***PAYMENT INFO: Within 90 days of arrival: 100% due upon booking More than 90 days from arrival: 50% deposit upon booking, 50% balance due 90 days prior. ***CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation with more than 120 days notice: US$250 processing fee 90-120 days prior to arrival: 50% penalty (i.e. down-payment amount) Within 90 days of arrival: 100% penalty, unless property is successfully re-rented. ***CHANGE POLICY: We will do our best to accommodate date changes (US$100 processing fee applies). If it is not possible to find alternate dates, and cancellation cannot be avoided, the cancellation policy above will apply.
