35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30 per hour. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
