Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.

**Full payment and security deposit is required only if booking less than 7 nights. If booking 7 or more nights, 50% and security deposit is required at booking, balance due 14 days prior to arrival.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
