Only 15 minutes to Mt Norquay, 30 minutes to Sunshine Village or Nakiska, 1 hour to Lake Louise. 10 minutes to Canmore Nordic Centre. Playground and soccer field adjacent. Coffee shop, liquor store and convenience store around the corner. Fully finished basement has large family room, plus two bedrooms and bathroom.
